Great Customer Service I just moved into a nice spacious 1 bedroom and I am really pleased. this home is very nice and clean. I know I am going to enjoy living here. Everything I need to shop at ia right up the street.

Good experience We just moved into a 3 bedroom apartment, which was a great price in a good area. The staff was great to work with and our maintenance issues upon move in were fixed the next day. The indoor pool is a great feature too.

Nice Apartments, Noisy Neighbors I lived at Kimberly Club for maybe 10 years and thought the apartments I rented were great for the money. Excellent responsiveness from maintenance and office staff, and they added cameras and brighter street lights to help prevent crime. To boot, they've recently torn down the old garages and paved more general-use parking spaces, which has been sorely needed as long as I've been here (especially since nobody ever tells their friends that come over to respect tenants-only parking signs). Friendly and Reasonable I have lived here for over 2 years now. After my first lease was up, my previous roommate and I signed another lease. A month later she bailed and left me. There were other friends that lived here too and the office let them break there fully new lease at their place and move into my two bedroom apartment. They had two cats and I had a cat as well. It says it's a 2 pet limit, well we have 3 and they were really reasonable to let us keep all 3 pets. Every time we have a maintenance problem they are her... read more

A convenient, well managed apartment complex My situation was a bit unusual. I was forced to move unexpectedly and I can't thank the apartment manager enough for her compassion and understanding in allowing me to avoid what could have been a personally disastrous situation. For the time I was there the apartment property was well maintained.
