Overall great experience I just moved in recently but so far, the apartment is exactly what I signed up for and the buildings/community areas are well kept. The leasing staff were very kind and genuinely wanted to serve your needs

Neighbors are awesome! The staff is helpful and the manager Bandi makes it easy to feel at home! The people in the community are great and so friendly!

Great Experience Living here Kimberly Club is the 6th apatrtment I've had to live in due to school relocations, and it has been the best by far! The staff has always greeted me with enthusiasm, and any repair I've ever needed has been completed within 1-2 days MAX. The complex has great ammenities such as a pool, sauna, access to a bike path, and a garage. We receive free parking and free heat in addition to our rent. Great place to call home I lived here for about 4.5 years and I have nothing negative to say; the management is great, the property is well maintained, the tenants are awesome, there are great building amenities such as free heat, an indoor pool, volleyball court and a basic gym. In terms of location, all major shopping is within a few miles, the bike trail is walking distance away, and if you need to cross over to work in East Moline or Moline, IL, don't worry there are three highways nearby (I74/I80/I280). Kimberly Club Apts Really great location next to bike path and golf course. Great owners that listen and take care of the property and concerns. Also indoor pool and gym, cant beat that.

Good area, good location, good ameneties, parking and neighbors an issue There are a lot of things to like about living at Kimberly Club, with the main one being that these are clean, comfortable and well-maintained apartments with flexible and helpful employees. The maintenance team is very professional and responds quickly to any issue you have, which is exactly what you want from an apartment's maintenance team.
