I used to like Kings. The service is now horrible. They are money hungry. My dog had cancer and they were too busy to meet me face to face to talk about options.
Took my dog there for an eye irritation which turned out to be pink eye and I spent over $250 there. I followed up with my normal vet and the urgent care vet gave my dog the wrong eye drops so it made it worse which caused an ulcer on my dogs whole eye. I went to my normal vet they did the same procedures and gave us more medicine (correct medication) and only charged us $115. I’m so upset!!!! My baby is in pain and has been for over a week no thanks to this clinic 😡😡.

We are happy your pet was able to receive care and hope they are feeling better. Our aim is to provide emergent/urgent care at a price point lower than that of high end 24/7 facilities. However, our urgent care prices are definitely higher than when visiting your general practice veterinarian during normal office hours.
Do NOT a take your pet here!! I feel they damaged my dogs ears at flip and Steve’s groomer. They are an all in one vet and groomer. Charged me almost $400 in two separate visits. One doctor there said my dogs ears were injured already and another doctor there said the injuries were from the groomer. The office manager was so rude and refused to acknowledge their mistakes.

Took our new rescue there and they were all very friendly and super informative. My family and I were even offered water a couple times lol I thought that was very sweet. They gave us a new puppy bag filled with training info and what not. We didn’t feel rushed at all and had great convo with the vet. They showed great attention to our dog and answered all of our questions. Will definitely continue to go there and recommend to friends!
