We've been with Dr. Banks for three years now and would happily recommend her! (In fact, we have already to several families) It took some time for my daughter to feel comfortable getting a cleaning but her hygienists are patient and try to make the process as easy as possible. Office is set up well and has the stuff to entertain kids of all ages. My daughter left today saying she had a good time - what more could a mommy want?
I was impressed by the office from the beginning. Everyone was so friendly, and helpful. I was impressed that you could not only schedule all three of my preschoolers the next day, but also see them at the same time. You then managed to get them all to sit down calm and relaxed. They were so happy with their new goodies, and are talking about what to choose at their next appointment. I Love how all of the billing was broken down to show me exactly what was being done, and my portion of the cost.
I was so impressed with how smoothly and quickly the appointment for my two-year old went at Kitsap Kid's Dentistry. Overall, a very positive experience and my son seemed so at ease.
I really appreciate the way you work with each child's individual personalities from the confidant to the nervous. It is much easier getting kids to go to the dentist when they know they will be treated with respect.
I have never had an issue with this office. The dental assistants and doctors are all amazing and patient with my daughter. I love how they show her all the tools they are going to use and let her see how they feel on her finger before putting them in her mouth. This is a great children's dentist!
What an amazing first time experience at this clinic!! Everyone, from when you first walk in to when you leave, is so kind!! Miss Judy did an AWESOME job with my daughter, having complete patience with her during her x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Banks was so gentle and talked directly to my daughter, not just to me. I am so completely impressed with this clinic and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!!
Absolutely amazing! I have 4 year old twin boys, and this was their first trip to the dentist. Having quite the bad experiences myself growing up, I had prepared myself to handle any "fears" that would arise. Surprisingly, I hardly had to lift a finger! Checking in was fast and easy, and they had a very entertaining waiting room. The whole staff is obviously well equiped to deal with children and their emotions, super friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgable.
