We have always loved this office as well as the staff to the point when they stopped accepting Apple Health we put our kids on delta dental just to stay at this office. After our last visit we are not going to be returning. My sons cleaning went as normal (they did find he had 4 cavities starting likely due to over crowding in his mouth) they said there is a treatment they will do to prevent the cavity from forming. I was threatened with police force by one of the pink gown workers when they refused to refund me for services not rendered. I went with my 3yr old for which they would not allow in the office even masked. They sent 4 yes 4 employees to scare me into leaving without proof of the refund of the money they just charged then didn't want to do the work.
