They discriminate against their patients, require sedation for bogus fillings and refuse to accommodate patients with disabilities.
More then once I tried calling to make an appointment and once was to get my daughter in because her tooth hurt. No one would answer the phone. I left a couple messages in the morning and the receptionist called me back at 4pm. I found a different dentist as fast as I could, someone who picks up when patients call. I really did enjoy the office since they had a lot for kids and dr. Banks was great. But like I said, no one picking up multiple times was a deal breaker for me.
Dentist is amazing and works well with the kids. I've had many billing problems over the years, enough to make me find a new office :(
