The front desk staff were welcoming and informative. The penthouse condo looked just like the photos. We grounds were clean and the views were amazing. We will definitely go back!
We had a great time. The resort was nice, pool was nice. Easy access to the beach. Our room was pretty nice. Furniture was a little old but overall the value was worth what we paid.

We’ve stayed at Encanto Kivoya twice now and it has been amazing both times! The rooms are so spacious and they have all the amenities anyone would need. Everything is so clean, including the nearly private beach! The staff are amazing nice and friendly unlike any other place I have stayed. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this lovely place! I know I will be back again!!
Beautiful location, 'almost' private beach, very friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, extremely clean facilities, family friendly, and at an amazing price point! I can't recommend Kivoya strongly enough! Cancel any current vacation plans and look for availability at Kivoya! You will be happy you took my advice.
