Great job no pain at all, and fast service.
I really appreciated Dori and Dr. S taking the time to explain what they were doing, and adjusting for my comfort. They were confident and efficient, but still caring. Important, since your practice has gotten SO BIG that it has lost that "personal" feel where it seemed the staff ( front and back office) really knew your patients. Now, always seems to be lots of new faces, everyone polite, but without the personal touch.

My last 2 visits to the office have started on time but lasted much longer than anticipated. Today waited close to 30minutes to see Dr. In room less than 5 minutes late to work almost an hour. For a regular cleaning kinda threw my day off.
Because over the years with Klement, I have felt that my treatment wasn't as good as when I first joined them, I switched Drs & had my first visit with her yesterday. I absolutely love the care AND TIME she took with me to explain everything, as I wanted a NEW assessment of my treatment. I felt that the previous assessment was incorrect & just didn't offer me the information I needed. BUT . . .
