I experienced a great first appointment at Klement Dental! The staff was very courteous from the moment I entered the office and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the paperwork I completed. Additionally, the hygienists took their time to explain each procedure I experienced and gave me great feedback on how to improve my oral health. Finally, Dr. Juergens was very friendly and provided additional advice to improve my oral health.
The assistant wasn't professional at all, hè laughed after everything hè told me.
Despite my late arrival due to a technological snafu on my part (how embarrassing), your understanding and professional staff proceeded with my crown prep. It was painless and efficient, and I am extremely grateful. In the future, I will actually read your reminders of my appt time, rather than reading only the date.😊
