When I arrived today, I was a bit disappointed that my regular Hygienist, Jackie, was not available. I think the office should have called me and let me know before arriving so that I could make the choice of keeping my appointment or rescheduling with Jackie. However, Tara was assigned to me and she was very gentle and cared about my concerns. I have been a regular patient with Klement Family Dental for many years and will continue to patronize this office as you all are very cordial and friendly. Thank you.
