I was impressed from the first phone call to make an appt. the receptionist was very helpful and found me. An appointment to fit my schedule. Once I was there every one was very nice and again helpful. When I called for a second consult I was appointed again at my convenience and all of my . We're answered with great understandings. Jill was exceptionally understanding of my concerns and she and Dr Simons put me at ease. Thank you and I will be calling for my appointment
I had a printout of my costs, was told by my dental insurance that they would cover my entire mouth for deep cleaning in one visit prior to coming. I confirmed this at the office and once l was in the chair they said it wasn't covered in one visit and they would only do one side. Price was discussed again while in the chair and when procedure was over, and went to pay, they tried to add on another $200.
