I was in the the mist of rating Dr. Shaw and his entire staff as very professional from the front desk personnel, Dr. Shaw and his colleagues listens to your concerns regarding past dental experiences and they make you assured this doesn't happen here. Dr. Shaw makes sure that you are comfortable with your dental decisions and makes suggestions on how to maintain a healthy mouth and teeth. As always, everyone was helpful and pleasant to work with. Information was explained very well and everyone takes a special interest in your health care needs.
Had a pleasant experience with one exception. I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. Because of loud noises in the hallway, I had to turn my hearing aids down....there was a lot of slamming noises of work being done in the hall. Too bad your don't have doors to shut.
Felt like family!
