As always, top notch service from the front desk, to the hygienist and of course the dentist.
I was disappointed today. Te Dr was running so far behind that I was unable to get my exam. I had my teeth cleaned in record time that I am wondering how thorough a job Tara did. I asked if the exam would be deducted from my plan and was told yes by Jo Jo but then I still had to pay for my yearly plan, $216, and my next visit is not until 9/29/16. Will I receive new X-rays or will my exam be based on the X-rays taken today? Not too happy.
Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Dr. Simmons was very polite and this was my first experience with her. However, after I left the office, I realized she should have checked my bite as I came in with pain that was unable to be diagnosed through xray or exam. I told her that I grind my teeth at night and there was pain in my molar area. When I left, I realized that she couldn't visually find the problem because it was on the lingual side of the molars. I think I'm going to have to return as the pressure/pain really ramps up during/after I eat and sleeping ... read more
I will say that this time visting was 100% better then from the last time I was there 6 years ago, very polite and very nice staff and thank u for asking how my mom was doing while they were taken care of me, thumb up keep up the good work, and thank u
I was called back right away for my 12 p.m. appointment, but then waited for about thirty minutes for it to begin. I think it was a busy day, but that is quite a long time to wait for a cleaning. Everyone was very nice, and the cleaning was fine.
Dr Jergins and Rayla are very professional and caring. They made my tooth extraction painless and easy. I really appreciated how they explained everything before they did it. Everyone at the office was pleasant, efficient, and friendly.
My appoint went well. The staff was super friendly. I couldn't have asked for more
