I had Gretta instead of Jackie. She was very nice and very gentle. I told her my teeth are very sensitive, and I appreciated her asking me several times if I was doing alright. I was nervous about having someone other then Jackie, but she did a great job.
I get so nervous at the dentist, doctor, you name it! I love the friendly staff, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They even laughed at all my nervous jokes. :)
I am really sad my hygienist Jackie was not available as scheduled. No one called to tell me either or said anything when I arrived. I have been seeing Jackie for my cleanings and my children's cleanings for several years. I also don't like to get my teeth polished before cleaning, but it seems that is the way it is always done now. Clients should have a choice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had my 2 year old daughter with me today at my appointment which I was nervous how she would be while I was getting my teeth cleaned. The staff was courteous and everyone talked to my daughter which made her comfortable and made the appointment go very smoothly.
