Upon my departure today I was informed I may owe additional fees. I paid my bill in full before the procedure. I have great concern when I'm told something different after the procedure. Better communicate is needed.

My first visit for excruciating pain. From the first call to all the way through the the appointment I felt genuinely cared for and respected. It was easy for me to trust them when they said they would take care of me and that we would get though this together. I am so very happy that I chose this practice. I have just moved here from Vermont. Seeing 35 years in business, a family practice along with a free exam is how I made my decision and I am very grateful that I did.
