Today I received two temp crowns and prepared for getting the crowns in 3 weeks. Kendra and Dr. Oldem did an fantastic job from walking into office. Filing, all the molds that had to be done. Klement Family Dental is wonderful and It is truly a five star rating.
I am very pleased I chose Klement Family Dental to provide my dental needs! EVERYONE I came in contact with was so nice & friendly. The office and dental rooms are so clean and the machines & tools they use are top notch! I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone & everyone!
Just a routine cleaning today. But appointment on point. Hygienist was new to me, however she was very friendly and kind. Explained every step before taking place. Spoke highly about Klememt, and how happy she is to feel like family already. The Hygienist, that I have always had in past visits, took the time to pop in an say hello. Very professional, organized, and caring.
Everyone from the front desk to the checkout was polite, professional, and helpful.
I went tp Klement for a second opinion. It was the best move I could have done. The office staff was friendly, effecient, and extremely professional and that was just at the reception area. The further back I went it only got better. Allie the tech who took my x-rays and and assisted both the Hygenist (who was also AWESOME) and the Dr. Dr. Kristen Klement-Oldham was able to put together a treatmnet plan that was not only more suiable for me but was much less invasive than what I had been told by my original exam from anothe... read more
Worked me into the schedule on the same day my temporary crown fell off. Stuff happens, your response was above expectations.
Excellent in every way. Staff and Dr Oldham are the best!
