Broadview Eyecare is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful. The optometrists are excellent, very knowledgable and explain everything to you thoroughly. They are an extremely honest operation and I always feel well looked after.

Friendly staff and doctors. Choose this place to have an exam done as well as get a new pair of frames. Overall a very easy experience. Dr. Kelly was polite and kind, especially during the exam!, and the opticians were very helpful in selecting new frames for both my partner and I. Only complaint is that parking is difficult.

I began my eyeglasses journey with Archie Chung 35 yrs ago. The quality of the lenses he prescribes is outstanding. His staff are genuinely kind and hard working. When I left Toronto for the Niagara Region, I tried 2 other optometrists and lenses were never up to parr. So here I am at 74 making that worthwhile trip to Broadview Ave for the best of professional eye services. Thanks.

My first appointment with an ophthalmologist. A great experience with Dr. Naomi Kong. Took her time and was thorough with my examination and gave me some homework to do. I had a feeling my optometrist was not giving me the whole story. Had my prescription redone which was very nice. Learning that the things I was doing that I thought were helping me, were actually not helping me, that I needed to reset and rethink what I was doing, was of great value to me. Very friendly and approachable without the intimidation you sometimes feel with a medical professional, I would highly recommend that you consider Dr. Kong, especially for those persistent eye problems that are not responding to treatment.

Good service and a great selection of glasses. Everyone is friendly. I never have issues with my glasses but I know if I do I can come back for an adjustment.
