Been going there for the past 5 years and found the staff friendly and very caring. All tests were done quite quickly and all question I had about my eyes were answered very promptly. My custom computer glasses had been through the mill as far as sitting on them, sleeping on them, crushing them on my desk with heavy objects and they still survived. I bent to straiten them up and soldered them but amazingly they stood up where most would have shattered. This to me shows the quality of the frames and glass they use. I give them all a 5 star rating because they are 100% professional when it comes to dealing with each customers issues. I have gone a couple of times for a quick repair and have never been charged. They always Email me or call when my appointment is coming. I will be a loyal customer until the end !

I love Dr Linda Tse. I've been wearing prescription glasses and contact lens for most of my adult life and I've had good optometrists. But Dr Linda Tse is very patient and thorough with eye exams and I have to say, she's given me the best vision I've ever had! She also goes above and beyond, like returning my urgent call on a long weekend and subsequently sending a script to a Niagara-on-the-Lake drug store to ease my recurring eye infection. And the staff. I can't say enough about them. They are all helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

For over 30 years I have entrusted my complete eyecare to Dr. Tse. She has always been attentive and thorough during the examinations, and ensuring that all my questions or concerns were addressed. She has been diligent in fitting me for the right contact lenses and glasses to ensure perfect vision and comfort. Her recommendation for laser eye surgery to correct my distance vision resulted in a life changing experience that allowed me to enjoy my passion for swimming and scuba. With a large selection of glasses to choose from and helpful staff, I can enjoy one-stop shopping that is affordable and quick. I highly recommend Kodak Lens / Broadview Eyecare to anyone seeking the best expertise and experience in eyecare.

I have been going to Dr. Linda Tse for 18 years. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and extremely friendly. She diagnosed me with a detached retina and helped me through the recovery process. Over the past year she has helped me by performing a bunch of eye tests that were required for work. I would recommend Dr. Tse to anyone that I know.
