The clerical staff,comprised of young women and men,were extremely professional, polite and patient.Dealing with the public is difficult at the best of times,but they have nailed it!I felt very comfortable and not rushed at any time.Keep up the great work during these trying times! Dr.Chung is an absolute joy.His professionalism,sense of humour and ability to share his knowledge is rare these days.I felt like a guest in his home.What a wonderful and gracious host! The optometrist is very knowledgeable and friendly. The appointment booking could be better, as I booked over the phone with the receptionist, she confirmed that there was a spot available; however, when I went there on the day of my appointment, another female receptionist said that I was not booked in and there was already another patient booked for it.
