It was a really thorough appointment with the doctor. Didn’t feel rushed and answered any questions we had. The staff was great and took there time to give us quotes and answer any questions about the product we were interested in and no pressure sales at all.

I received my first pair of eyeglasses from Dr. Chung when I was 9 years old at their Eaton Centre location. My mom, my little sister, and I have been loyal patients to Dr. Chung since then and have switched locations to their Broadview one since 2019. Amazing staff! Helpful and knowledgeable. They spent so much time picking out glasses and sunglasses with me. There was no pressure to purchase at all but I ended up getting 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses and 1 pair of glasses. My eye exam was top notch and very thorough. He listened to all my concerns and did extra investigation on a concern. They do direct billing making it very easy and convenient for me. Overall I would highly recommend them and will definitely be returning.
