I recently had an issue with my eye. I called Monday morning to see if I could get an appointment with Dr. Chung as I am a patient of his. He was fully booked, however, Dr. Ho agreed o squeeze me into her schedule during the day. I am so grateful for this kind gesture as I wasn’t sure where to go for help if no one could see me at Broadview eyecare. As things turned out, my eyes were extremely dry and Dr. Ho recommended a treatment plan to help with this problem. Thank you Dr. Ho.

I have been a patient at Broadview Eyecare for many years. Dr Linda Tse is always professional and caring, she takes the time to explain everything about my exam in detail to me. I purchased a pair of glasses on my latest visit, the team at Broadview Eyecare were incredibly helpful with assisting me choose a pair that suited my ideal style and fit. The team showed me many styles and took the time to point of style features and accents I would not have thought about.

When I arrived I didn’t have to wait at all. Had my eye exam right away. I’m a long time patient of Dr Chung. He’s so amazing as a person and as an eye doctor. Staff is so very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a really thorough appointment with the doctor. Didn’t feel rushed and answered any questions we had. The staff was great and took there time to give us quotes and answer any questions about the product we were interested in and no pressure sales at all.
