I complete the examination but did not provide PD on my prescription. When I called the front desk, I was told to pay an additional $30 for the PD result or charge free if I purchase glasses in the store. This is never heard of. Felt like a kidnap or obligated to buy a glass in the store even if I paid the examination $141 the first time. Not an ethical store. will not recommend it.

Yes the eye exam was thorough. Not sure why but I had to take multiple pictures of my eye...could have been my doing though. I found it weird that the kids working the front counter were relaxing and talking while I was waiting to be served. Seemed like you only needed one person to do that job. The optics didn’t look good. Then when my exam was done and I was ready to pay for the eyeglasses I chose there was also waiting around. The staff wasn't very helpful to me. I wanted to get my glasses and no one offered to help out. I did take my prescription some where else. Thanks
