Been here for years with good experiences but this time the doctor rushed through my exam it didn’t feel like my eyes were checked correctly. The 80 year old driving test eye exam was even more thorough. I paid for the Oct scan and the doctor rushed through and skipped it. I had to ask him to check it. He took a 2 second look at it and just said it was good. I had to ask questions about the Oct result especially since I previously had a macular detachment. I complete the examination but did not provide PD on my prescription. When I called the front desk, I was told to pay an additional $30 for the PD result or charge free if I purchase glasses in the store. This is never heard of. Felt like a kidnap or obligated to buy a glass in the store even if I paid the examination $141 the first time. Not an ethical store. will not recommend it.

Yes the eye exam was thorough. Not sure why but I had to take multiple pictures of my eye...could have been my doing though. I found it weird that the kids working the front counter were relaxing and talking while I was waiting to be served. Seemed like you only needed one person to do that job. The optics didn’t look good. Then when my exam was done and I was ready to pay for the eyeglasses I chose there was also waiting around. The staff wasn't very helpful to me. I wanted to get my glasses and no one offered to help out. I did take my prescription some where else. Thanks
