Dr. Isabelle Chau is personable, patient-oriented and patient, professional, helpful, interested and interesting. Fine sense of humour too. Explained her role and her conclusions pleasantly and plainly.

As with every other visit this is a first class experience. I have recommended friends and they are happy too. From entering everything is clean, professional and yet warm and friendly. Dr. Linda Tse has been my eye care specialist for number of years now. I have always enjoyed a satisfying eye exam and expert advice from Dr. Tse. Their product line of Kodak lenses has quality that I never experienced in all other brands over many years. Their no fuss pricing is economical in my opinion. Bought an eye exam through groupon which was quick & easy to book an appointment with one of their professional optometrists. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I even brought my own frames which was not a problem & they do offer different types of lenses at value price points. Will definitely use them again for any of my eye care needs. It was fun and easy! I went in Wednesday night, found some frames I liked, and came back for an eye exam and to purchase the glasses the next day. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and made the experience an enjoyable one. I should also say incredibly patient (we had to make a couple calls to my insurance provider, which were somewhat time consuming).
