It was fun and easy! I went in Wednesday night, found some frames I liked, and came back for an eye exam and to purchase the glasses the next day. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and made the experience an enjoyable one. I should also say incredibly patient (we had to make a couple calls to my insurance provider, which were somewhat time consuming). Dr. Tse is terrific. Very thorough. Explains clearly. Came up with a solution that fit with my particular sight issues. Staff are great. Very helpful in choosing the right frames for my peculiar prescription. They submitted the claim to my insurance company for me. Easy to get to location. Nice store. Good selection of frames, reasonably priced.

They were really helpful and accommodating to my needs and gave me much instruction about the insurance questions I was curious about. When going to pick it up they remembered me, and were very helpful in adjusting my glasses for me
