Bought an eye exam through groupon which was quick & easy to book an appointment with one of their professional optometrists. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I even brought my own frames which was not a problem & they do offer different types of lenses at value price points. Will definitely use them again for any of my eye care needs. By far the best optometrist in Toronto. Dr. Shaun Rawana Is very professional and attentive / informative. He doesn’t rush and answers all your questions. Every doctor should be like him.
It was fun and easy! I went in Wednesday night, found some frames I liked, and came back for an eye exam and to purchase the glasses the next day. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and made the experience an enjoyable one. I should also say incredibly patient (we had to make a couple calls to my insurance provider, which were somewhat time consuming). Dr. Tse is marvellous. I'd been dealing with her at her prior location for several years and have complete faith in her professionalism and thoroughness.
Dr. Tse is terrific. Very thorough. Explains clearly. Came up with a solution that fit with my particular sight issues. Staff are great. Very helpful in choosing the right frames for my peculiar prescription. They submitted the claim to my insurance company for me. Easy to get to location. Nice store. Good selection of frames, reasonably priced.
