RecommendedKris Konstruction just replaced my roof. Brandon was excellent to work with. He kept me informed and ensured the job was completed on time. The roof was replaced in one day. They provided me with several colors to choose. The shingles are 40 year shingles. I would recommend then for this and other jobs.
Kris Konstruction did a storm damage roof replacement on my neighbor's house. I asked them about mine, and instantly felt good about Kris Konstruction. I used Kris Konstruction to repair our entire roof after some considerable wind damage a couple years back. The associates who came out for the inspection and estimate were consummate professionals, and not pushy like many I have encountered. During my insurance review, we found out we had an ACV (actual cash value) policy vs a RCV (replacement cash value) policy...meaning they were only going to cover ~ 50% of the roof. Great family operated company, local and professional.
We had a free roof inspection from Michael Poorbaugh of Kris Konstruction. He found wind damage on our roof and worked very closely with our insurance company. Our insurance company ended up covering the entire cost of the roof replacement. Kris Konstruction replaced the roof in a very timely fashion and the crew they sent was incredibly professional. Joe Park was the project manger on both jobs and from beginning to end he did an excellent job of keeping me informed on what was going to happen and when, he provided timely information to our insurance carrier, he made sure all the paperwork between and insurance and myself was properly executed, and he monitored all the work that was done.
