We had a free roof inspection from Michael Poorbaugh of Kris Konstruction. He found wind damage on our roof and worked very closely with our insurance company. Our insurance company ended up covering the entire cost of the roof replacement. Kris Konstruction replaced the roof in a very timely fashion and the crew they sent was incredibly professional. I was involved with kris Konstruction on two roofing projects (mine and my mother's). Joe Park was the project manger on both jobs and from beginning to end he did an excellent job of keeping me informed on what was going to happen and when, he provided timely information to our insurance carrier, he made sure all the paperwork between and insurance and myself was properly executed, and he monitored all the work that was done. We needed a new roof after a hail storm damaged much of it. We looked around for estimates and Kris Konstruction the first to respond, and the first to follow through. Luke Skinner helped arrange for an estimate and set repair expectations. Luke was always available, answered every question, and always followed up. Luke was with us through the entire process. He explained everything to us step by step and was there to answer any questions as we went. Kris Konstruction did a great job on our roof replacement. They showed up on time and finished the job in one day. They handled all of the insurance claim details for us and made it stress free. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering a new roof.

Our roof suffered wind damaged and Luke helped us identify the cause so we could enter an insurance claim. They arrived when they said they would. The crew was obviously well organized as they removed our existing shingles and installed a new roof in 7 hours including cleanup. The workmanship was exceptional. After the cleanup, we could not tell they had been here. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof. They service many areas including Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
