Kris Konstruction - Roofing in Baldwin, MD - Birdeye I am not please with this company in multiple ways. But I will only address the management. Had my light switch replaced to newer white switches during kitchen remodel. Light were replaced, but the first day the switch was wired incorrectly. Mr Raul was very professional and replaced them and showed my son they worked but the same box was connected to my Reese light which were never turned on. AWFUL AND INVASIVE PRACTICES - they harassed me to RE-confirm my appointment three times in a span of 12 hours over two days. Only to deny coming to my home because they looked up the deed to my property and saw that my husband and I both purchased the home and since he works, and I am a stay at home mom they refused to come out to give an estimate of work for us to discuss at the dining table that evening over dinner. I tried to give this company my business for two showers. They asked me 12 times if I was the decision-maker. It got to the point that I just moved to a different company.

These guys only care about money. The roofing crew did a great job but I suspect they are sub-contractors. Any money provided by the insurance company just gets added to the invoice. I DO NOT recommend them. I doubt this review will remain on their page.
