First and foremost, I enjoyed working with Kyra and her team. It did not matter the hour in the day or if they were away on vacation, they answered our questions (you did not need to do that). The energy they bring is positive. Everything done was done systematically, which I appreciate. My critiques would be: make sure underwriting has the correct information before submitting and allow an option of sitting down with everyone to review all options in person.
