This is the second home purchased with Kyra's help. I can't say enough great things about Kyra and her staff. They are always in the most cheerful mood. They do everything via email, which made things so easy it isn't funny. I'd recommend Kyra and Novus to anyone and everyone. Hopefully I don't have to do this process again for many years, but if I do, I hope Kyra is still around and is still getting 5 star reviews from people, because I'll use her again!

Kyra was incredible throughout the entire home buying process! She was so personable and I felt like she actually cared about me and that I was not just “another customer” for her.
