Value for money Not applicable It’s value for money. The location, pool, hot water, everything was on point.
A true oasis in Palm Spring! The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. There were hairs still in the bath. There are no lifts in the place and we had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs. Not recommended for elderly travellers. The room was beautifully set up, with a warm atmosphere that felt special. The coffee was excellent, the beds were very comfy and the shower had strong pressure and didn’t take too long to get hot.

Exceptional Nothing bad to say at all. The wonderful lady at the front desk is fantastic, funny and helpful. Best hotel I have stayed at in many years of travel to Palm SPrings.
Wonderful Not close to many restaurants, bars or cafes. Very comfortable and the facilities were great.
