Great Stay, Excellent Pool The only qualm was the coffee machine in the room wasn’t the best. And the sink was located outside the bathroom which caused a bit of drippage along the way Both Pool areas was very nice and well kept. The hotel also offered a small convenience store full of goods which was a good touch. Ice machine available 24/7 which was also very useful in the heat.

great retreat we arrived rather late in Palm Springs, but the lobby was still open so the check-in was no problem. our room was clean and everything that we needed was available - even an (empty) mini-fridge! we booked pool view, but we didn't really have a view from our room. but i must say, we were just 50m away from it - so that's fine.

All and all it was a nice stay. Staff was kind. Although I loved that the rooms have hard flooring they were dirty. There was a lot of hair left in our sink drain, it was kind of gross. The AC unit was extremely loud but worked well. We were near the maintenance storage and that was a little busy and loud first thing in the morning. I am semi- local and like to stay in various hotels/resorts throughout Coachella Valley.
