LA Mazda staff an service personnel were very professional and in my opinion went beyond what was expected regarding replacement of a set of tires on my Toyota SR5. In the process of the wheel alignment after fitting new tires, the both outer tie-rods were found to be badly worn and couldn’t be completed. I had an appointment booked at a Toyota dealership the following day for a lube service so I declined having the tie-rods replaced at LA Mazda.
