LA Mazda staff an service personnel were very professional and in my opinion went beyond what was expected regarding replacement of a set of tires on my Toyota SR5. In the process of the wheel alignment after fitting new tires, the both outer tie-rods were found to be badly worn and couldn’t be completed. I had an appointment booked at a Toyota dealership the following day for a lube service so I declined having the tie-rods replaced at LA Mazda. Made appointment online, super simple. Reasonable accommodation of my schedule. Dropped vehicle off in clean and modern service centre. They quoted me 2 hours but had it done in 1.5. I even brought up another issue I was having when the vehicle was checked in and they managed to fix it within that time frame with no additional appointment. Also, delicious chai lattes in their waiting lounge. No complaints this is my favourite Mazda dealer.

Came in last minute. Staff was able to get me in and figure out the problem with my Mazda 3. Great customer service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone .
