Dealing with LA Mazda is always a great experience. Janelle in the service department is amazing. Always friendly, quick to answer any questions we have and any issues that pop up are always solves quickly!

Made appointment online, super simple. Reasonable accommodation of my schedule. Dropped vehicle off in clean and modern service centre. They quoted me 2 hours but had it done in 1.5. I even brought up another issue I was having when the vehicle was checked in and they managed to fix it within that time frame with no additional appointment. Also, delicious chai lattes in their waiting lounge. No complaints this is my favourite Mazda dealer.

Came in last minute. Staff was able to get me in and figure out the problem with my Mazda 3. Great customer service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone .

I called and was booked in immediately as my car battery died over the cold snap we had. They tested the battery and determined it was no longer good and covered under warranty which I was happy about.
