I called and was booked in immediately as my car battery died over the cold snap we had. They tested the battery and determined it was no longer good and covered under warranty which I was happy about.

Once again, I was blown away by the customer service at LA MAZDA ‘S service department. I originally spoke with Charlene. I called to tell her that I would be having my 2020 CX5 brought in. I couldn’t give her a time line as to when I would be bringing in my CX5. I was at the mercy of AMA. Wait times were extremely long. We had a typical Alberta cold snap. Charlene assured me that they would make time for my vehicle, whenever it got there. I had my vehicle towed over to LA MAZDA that evening. When they opened the next morn... read more

Yaro, Jas, and Craig were amazing. This has been my second time dealing with LA Mazda. Both times my experiences were great. Knowledgeable, helped answer all my questions. They were so good at their jobs that I purchased a Mazda 3 Turbo Suna edition and my wife bought a CX 30 Turbo Suna edition. They are definitely a place you can trust dealing with. Thanks to Everyone at LA Mazda.

Fantastic service as always. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My oil change was complete in an hour and I even got a free car was.
