I have had my vehicle in for various reasons a few times and have had a small problem each time. I didn’t receive a quote I requested (that matter was dealt with however). Also, it took an hour and 15 minutes to get an oil change. As a customers time is valuable too, (I was waiting for it) it would be good if you were more on time with your appointments.

Best service and parts department!! Awesome staff - would recommend those departments to anyone.
Staff was friendly, efficient and obliging right from first phone call (just before closing on a Saturday). They waited for us to arrive, quickly diagnosed what the problem was, offered us a loaner car if part was not available. Service desk person quickly drove to pick up the part where it was available and service person stayed late to put the new alternator in for us. I sustained damage to a tire that required replacement. The tire had to be brought in from Calgary so I was without my vehicle for a couple of days. Janelle in the service department was fantastic at keeping me informed of the progress and also arranged transportation for me - all with a smile.
Dealing with Katie was nice, she is pleasant. unfortunately we could not make a deal on a new car because the car i wanted is being manufactured in Mexico instead of Japan, and i have doubts about Mexican quality. its a Mazda 3 sport GT, and too high a price on my second choice, Mazda 3 sport GT premium with tech package which is made in Japan.
