There were so many mistakes made, too many to mention. A couple of examples: 1) Incorrect tire sensors 2) Incorrect math on quote from salesman 3) Incorrect bill of sale given to my husband when he left the deaslership 4) The correct bill of sale should have been the original, not a copy. So has problems in registry office and had to wait 45 minutes to get it straightened out 5) Have to have my brand new car serviced because tires.... Need I go on!!!
I usually take my car here for oil changes as this is where I bought my vehicle. Although the service was fast, they yet again failed to wash my car, which is supposedly included in the service. I’ve been here at least 4 times and without fail, I am told that the car wash is “broken” every single time and told to come back for a “complimentary car wash”. My vehicle was in at 8 am and I was called that morning that it was done and I had someone drop me off after 4:30 and my vehicle was not washed as noted in the results sheet. I could not stick around to have it washed so I had to leave with a dirty vehicle. NOT impressed. Someone clearly dropped the ball and I would like compensation!
I went in to get my tires changed and an update on my radio. I had an appointment yet I had to wait 2+ hrs. I wouldn't mind but since my car sat in the lot with no one doing anything for a total of over 30 minutes. I was told it would be 30 minutes more for the upgrade on my radio.....but it was over an hour before that was complete. The staff go over my car "condition" at the end of the appointment and stat how there is no body damage.....yet there is both on front and back which Mazda has given me quotes to fix. Wheel torque values were supposed to be 100lbs. The wheel nuts are torqued over 150lbs. Not impressed.
I use to come to LA mazda for my Mazda CX 5 2013 for oil change and other repairs stuff, last time, when I came, LA mazda service person told me that my car wheel need wheel alignment ASAP and give me quotes of $150. Today I just came from Kal tire and spent $140 wheel alignment and they told that there is nothing wrong with wheel alignment, they gave me result paper about tire degree, I am so upset and disappointed that your company techinicen makes customer fool and giving them wrong recommendations.I called general manage... read more
