Service on my "06 Tribute was good. No issues with the service or the people. My only suggestion would be to lighten up on the surveys and requests for feedback. I have been receiving many requests for feedback in my inbox from most companies with whom I do business, and I have difficulty finding the time to respond to them. My service check-ups are enjoyable and Brandy Onslow was fantastic at explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I would recommend LA Mazda to all of my family and friends!
Shack , my sales person, and all of the other people I dealt with through the whole process were very helpful ,knowledgeable and professional. Shack even assisted me in returning my rental car.
Service was friendly and well done. The interior of my car was smeared in several places by dirty hands and boots. The only time that has ever happened. I suspect it happened when they changed the interior air filter

It’s a bud experience for your serviced coz I can’t trust your serviced what they did into my lug nut, somebody mess up to my lug nuts, my special lug nuts lock is missing they put the ordinary lug nuts in each tire, and they didn’t make any action on my complaint, so me and my wife is very upset, let see what can I put to your review on your wave site.😡👎
