I paid $100 for a diagnosing fee because I’m having an issue with my car starting. My car hardly starts/might not start on many occasions(at least once a day for me) I brought the car to your dealership and they supposedly couldn’t replicate the issue I described. I have a video of the issue and it’s clear in the audio my car struggles to start and sounds like it’s not getting enough gas. They were unable to diagnose the issue and still charged me $100. So now I’m at the point where I have spent my money and still have no so... read more

Went for service with my mazda cx5 with propack protection package (rust protection) report came out no need to reapply protection package. I got home and check then took a picture of rust spot under the car and send it to them and i was told to wait for manager to check it out next week. Disappointed customer here

Hi there, I recently purchased a used Mazda that needed some recall work. I have never been to LAMazda but like Mazda vehicles and was looking for a dealership on the south side. Everything started out great, everyone was really nice. Coffee was good. Shuttle driver was great and convenient. However one large disappointment soured my experience. I was offered a “peace of mind” inspection that I was told included a road test. I decided this was a good idea for a newly purchased used vehicle. However once I picked up the car I... read more

When I first arrived to get my oil changed, I wasn’t the happiest person. Alexandra Friesen accomodated my needs. Not once did she raise her voice or get frustrated with my attitude. I just wanted to write a note saying that I was a very difficult customer and she treated me like gold! Amazing customer service, Alexandra!!

I came in to get a very frustrating problem solved, what i got was a 200 dollar oil change and No, it did NOT fix the problem. If it wasn't for the friendly, hard work of Brandy... I probably would not come back again. My car stalled 4 times coming back out to Devon. Ps.. I brought it to my usual mechanic out here in Devon the next day who, simply put on his little handheld tester, figured out that it was the Intake Solenoid, got another bill for 200 buck BUT, at least my car works again.. Thank-you.

Hi, CX-9 with approx. 11,000km was in for a clunk in the front end. They tried strut bushings then a control arm then finally putting in a complete new strut. The frustration was not that it was hard to figure it out but the fact that the car was at the dealer for 22 days. Luckily I have another car to drive while all this was going on. I feel the service department dropped the ball on this one. I have had good luck with previous visits but not this time.

The actual car is fine but every time I bring it for service they leave black marks, maybe grease, on the inside roof of the car. It was supposed to be detailed every time I’ve brought it in as it wasn’t when I bought it and they said to bring it in to get it done. It’s been there at least 4 times for oil changes and they always “run out of time” so it doesn’t get done. The sticker on my window for my next oil change was drastically longer than it says in the manual so I called and asked about it and they said they must’ve p... read more
