I went to have my tires changed out! Brian was excellent to deal with. My SUV went in almost immediately and tires changed out while I waited. Since I the day I purchased my SUV at Leduc Mazda I have always had excellent service including helping me on occasion when I have needed help with learning how my navigation system works.
Had great experience with LA Mazda in April 2024. Janelle was incredible. Thanks to her flawless and clear commhnication and always prompt responses I was able to choose the right services for my car and got my car serviced in timely manner. Even though she had to find parts for my car locally - not an easy task considering the short period of time I needed it to be completed. On time and efficiently
Arrived just before closing with a flat tire. They quickly repaired the tire No problem. Great and timely service. Always the case with these folks!!
Appointment time was honoured! Quoted time for work done was accurate! Friendly and efficient staff! Clean lounge and nice drink options ! Updated oil change sticker! Left vehicle clean and seat in same position!

Excellent customer service including friendliness from Janelle in Service as well as Char at the Parts Desk. The Finance Manager Craig was again amazing as he took time out of his afternoon to chat with me to see how I was doing & how I was enjoying my brand new CX-5 Sport Design Turbo (purchased from LA Mazda 6 months ago back in October of last year) :)
From start to finish my experience was great. Work completed promptly. Everything was explained in detail. A happy customer again.
