The LA Mazda Service Department provides great service. Booking is easy and the service is always done very well, in good time and with the added perk of a car wash. I appreciate that they thoroughly go through the write-up of my car health and what to expect next service appointment. I appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting area (and the ability to grab a hot drink or pop). Thanks for great service. Worth my drive from the city.

Was in for a scheduled maintenance and all went well as usual. I had asked to check the engine air and the cabin sure filters and was advised that it wasn't needed to replace them yet. LA Mazda doesn't push you to have this and that done even when you know you don't need it like urge dealerships I've been to in my years as a car owner. It's nice to know that I'll be treated with respect and be given honest assessment on the work I need on my car with them.
