Ewen, addressed all my requirements at the service bay entrance for service staff engagement. My vehicle was returned washed which was an extra that I never expected. Ewen again followed up with external dealers as my vehicle was not Nissan and verified current service status. He Informed me of upcoming maintenance intervals. Everything was performed as I had requested. Left very impressed with their diligence and care.

Ewan was amazing when I brought my Rogue in to check on a rattle underneath. He grabbed someone and immediately had him crawl under my car and assess the issue. He told me that it could be an easy fix and suggested I leave my car with them overnight. He called me the next morning and said it was àn easy fix & the car would be ready after 10 am. 10 out of 10 for Ewan and his team. Keep up the great work!!!
