Had a fantastic experience at the dealership with the help of Brendan Kemper. He was extremily helpful and made sure I was getting the best deal possible and was super respectful. We also had a lot in common. That's always the best. He was also very professional and I really hope I get to see him again someday in the future. It was such a pleasure to meet him. James came to my very cold house same day as I put the request out for help! My blower motor had seized and the house was too cold to even walk around in. James worked overtime on the Friday to fix it, even running out to get parts too. Once he left, the heat was running! Thanks James and I highly recommend.

Many unexpected surprises after my new vehicle purchase! 1- Monthly payment not as promised 2- Towing hitch raring not as promised 3- No trailer plug in installed with towing hitch 4- Troubles with Nissan app starting the vehicle 5- Winter tired installed were different size without consultation This new vehicle purchase was certainly the worse experience so far, unfortunately. Dont buy usedfrom them. The inspection isnt up to standards. They dont check everything like batteries or block heater. Regardless i bought a year ago but both were junk. They cant answer mechanical questions. Engine oil was changed but low. If you want a inspection goe to a mechanic that knows vehicles. Then they call back to see if i want to trade or sell my truck after i go through everything including joints. Stay away from them. Not kidding .

The next day after my intake duct was fix my car was leaking oil and the engine light was on and smoke was coming from the engine.

Horrible when I arrived at the dealership for an express service I drove in stood out side my Vehicle for atleast 6 min before a lady told me someone would be right with you so I continued to stand there after another 5 min the same advisor told me to go grab a coffee someone will still be right with you I sat in the waiting area for 20 min and I WALKED OUT TO THR DRIVE THRU AND SAID IS SOMEONE GOING TO HELP ME the time I stood there to be checked in was the time my express service would of taken I was the first one in line ... read more

I was incents by your request for close to $900 worth of replacement items mostly fluids for a vehicle with 40 thou Kim’s All of these items are marked inspect on your Internet service items I indicated this with your Service aRep and her excuse was some obscure Extreme Service requirements. I have decided to report this to the Better Business Bureau and Nissan Canada as Excessive overcharging verging on a Scam.
