I have had my vehicle serviced at LA Nissan numerous times and have always been pleased with the work done. LA Nissan exceeds expectations in customer service. The service agent is friendly and efficient. She keeps us informed throughout the process and explains what to expect in future servicing. She goes beyond what is expected in making our experience a positive one. 5 Stars!
