Good One of the locks on our door was dangling and broken in half.
Good The pool was closed when we arrived
Wonderful Everything was fine. The price was reasonable, and the location was convenient.
Pleasant The unchecked noise. Kids running up and down the halls. People screaming and partying into the night. The SMART TV wasn't smart at all. The girl (in glasses, checked is in) who seemed to work there 24/7. She took care of our concerns and actually seemed to care. She was great!
