Hello Dave,I apologize about the issue with the shower faucet in your room - I am aware of the situation as I had our weekend maintenance tech see if he could repair it (our full-time maintenance technician quit just a few days prior or else we would have addressed it earlier in your stay). Unfortunately he was unable to fix the issue and believes that we need to order a new part for the shower - I placed the order immediately but regrettably the shipping time means it would not arrive until after your stay. Did we offer to move you rooms at any point during your stay? I truly hope at least we had given you that option as we did have other rooms available. Unfortunately situations like this can arise where we have an issue in a room that our maintenance cannot quickly or easily fix, but in such a case we should have moved you rooms so you did not have to endure faulty equipment during your stay. Again, I am sorry to hear that your stay was negatively impacted by this... I can understand how frustrating it must have been. I hope you give us a chance in the future to make things right. Dear Yesenia, we apologize that the room quality wasn't to your standards. Our front desk staff is 24/7 and one of our agents would've bee more than happy to assit you with your room and or move you if needed. Our TV's unfortunately don't have Wi-Fi access. We do provide free hotel Wi-Fi. If there was any issues with the Wi-Fi reception our staff would've been glad to fix this for you.
