Facility is good, housekeepers are good but the night front desk person should be terminated. Something was wrong with the door lock. when we first went to the room the door unlocked, but we had to swipe it multiple time and the light was red. When I got up to walk my service dog at 3:50 am, I got locked out of my room, so went to the front desk and contacted the front desk person. Exceptional Location was perfect for my needs, did not take advantage of the continental breakfast. Very Quiet and relaxing for a overnighter. Hot water was great the plumbing worked not much else to say.
