O.k. location, average facility. Desk clerk had excessive accent and was almost impossible to understand. Hotel added a small charge at check-in that was in addition to the amount I paid via Booking.com. The clerk was unable to describe the charge and I had to insist on a receipt at checkout. Location was convenient to the event I was attending.

Very Good When we checked in, we found used towels inside the closet. Additionally, the bed sheet had red stains on it. I reported this to the front desk, but nothing was done.
