I would stay there again. I am a biscuits and gravy person, but that was missing from the breakfast, however the breakfast was plentiful and everybody was friendly. The rooms were clean, the beds were in great shape and the stay was pleasant.

Staff at front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We were delighted to find that our room had a wonderful view of Mount Rainier!

Not bad for the price. Room was clean. Bed was nice. Will go again in the future. Staff was super busy with people checking in( due to being sold out for nearby concert) but was still very efficient and friendly

Check in was awful, worst experience we've ever had. After travelling several hours we were told rooms weren't ready at 1:45 and to come back at 3. Came back at 2:20 to wait in lobby since there wasn't anything else to do, along with eventually about 7 other people. Miraculously at 2:45 ALL the rooms were suddenly ready. As a retired hotel manager I know this doesn't happen. Clerk never smiled, was curt, and referred to us as the "elderly couple" waiting.
